アフリカ土地問題【データ&ニュース一覧その1】

アフリカで、天然資源・農地・水源をめぐる土地争奪が凄まじい状態になっています。中国、米国、欧州諸国、ブラジル、インド、韓国、その他の外資や企業の流入を、地元政府や関係者が支えている構造で、資源・食料価格の高騰もあり、人びとの土地がどんどん奪われています。人びとの側での抵抗運動も活発化していますが、インドや南米と違って、農民・市民の権利意識も薄く、そうこうしているうちにあっという間に「アフリカ分割」の再来ともいうべき状態が生まれつつあります。
 残念ながらこのような大問題を研究する人が日本にはいません。私の専門というわけではなかったのですが、見過ごせない状態になってきているので、まずは若い人達の研究を促しながら、気づいた情報のクリッピングを行い、皆さんの関心の喚起を行いたいと思います。
